Our story

Caitlin is a transformational coach, trained in methods such as yoga, breathwork, pilates, holistic health coaching, human design, massage, hypnosomatic therapy and herbalism. Her journey took her to France where she was called to deepen her spiritual practices to alchemise the loneliness and change inherent in life to gold to share with the world. She now resides in London where she coaches people, weaving through the different modalities for each persons to feel their place on this earth in alignment to body, soul, earth & source.

Denice is an intuitive transformational healer, self mastery coach & mentor, trained in healing methods such as shamanic healing, holotropic breathwork, inner child work, energy alchemy as well as being a certified Ayurvdiec practitioner. Her passion and purpose is to be serving women who are seeking to deeply heal their past and transform their lives as they step fully into their potential, purpose, freedom & abundance! Born in Sweden, she now resides in Bali, one of the most potent chakras of the planet.
