  • the massage abhyanga originates from india, it is an ayurvedic massage based on the 3 doshas; vata, pitta et kapha using warm oil. The massage focuses on balacing these doshas by massaging the body from the scalp to the soles of the feet.

  • based on the practice of using the hands as a conduit for healing, reiki allows me to attune the reiki energy from the source to your body, to allow energy to flow to heal.
