1. OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all use of radiantandwild.com, its related sites, and any services or products offered by Radiant & Wild and Caitlin Maree Hart.
By using this website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. SERVICES

Radiant & Wild offers:

  • Yoga, Pilates, and embodiment classes (online and in-person)

  • Coaching, mentorship, and wellness sessions

  • Workshops, immersions, and retreats

  • Memberships and digital programs

All services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

3. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Non-Refundable Purchases

All sales — including classes, memberships, retreats, digital downloads, and coaching sessions — are final and non-refundable.
Refunds or credits are only issued where required by Australian law (e.g., major service fault or event cancellation by Radiant & Wild).

If you cannot attend a scheduled event, you may request to transfer your booking to another participant by emailing hello@radiantandwild.com at least 7 days before the event (subject to approval).

Please ensure you are ready to commit before confirming payment.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & MEMBERSHIPS

Digital programs, recordings, and membership content are for personal use only.
Sharing, reproduction, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

Subscription access remains valid for the purchased term. No partial refunds are given for early cancellation or non-use.

5. CLIENT CONDUCT & COACHING AGREEMENT

Radiant & Wild’s services rely on honesty, self-responsibility, and openness.
Transformation requires both coach and client to bring 100% to the process. You agree to show up prepared, open-minded, and committed to your own growth.

We provide education and empowerment — not guaranteed outcomes.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiant & Wild, Caitlin Hart, and any affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from your participation or use of this website or services.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, images, text, logos, and materials on radiantandwild.com are the intellectual property of Radiant & Wild. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and apply internationally.
Disputes shall be handled exclusively under Australian jurisdiction.
